RCND maintains its own patient-services, claims, professional billings and collections department. With a full time staff of nearly 20 coding, insurance, and claims specialists, RCND strives for accuracy and fairness in physician billing and patient services. Under the direction of Patricia Kroken, FACMPE, Executive Director, plus a highly experienced and a dedicated office team, RCND continues to look for ways to improve our services.
