One of the most frequent causes of delayed insurance reimbursement and patient frustration, is incomplete or inaccurate insurance information, changed patient address, or new insurers. In order to complete your claim accurately and efficiently--or to correct a claim that has been denied--you may be asked to provide further information. Please call our office at 972-239-8902 to do so or return your statement with corrected information.
